It's not Worth it!

Psychologists point out the many reasons why exacting revenge isn’t worth the effort:

1. YOU’RE ACTUALLY POWERLESS. You’re giving the other person power over you. Unknowingly, you make him run your life. You always consider him in whatever you do.
2. YOUR PERSONAL GROWTH IS HAMPERED. If you focus on the negative things that happen to your life, you will not mature. Remind yourself to live your life in the present and the future, not in the past. Those who take revenge live in the past so they don’t grow.
3. YOU’RE WASTING YOUR TIME. It’s a waste of energy, talent, and emotions to get even. You’re doing yourself more harm than good by hurting back.
4. IT CAN KILL YOU! You may die with over fatigue and stress. You produce a lot of negative biochemical reactions in your body so you get sick. In fact, some research clinics in the U.S. found that 50% of those confined in hospitals are psychologically sick, and most cases are due to being unforgiving.
5. YOU’LL CHANGE FOR THE WORSE. Keeping your anger inside will affect the way you deal with people. You’re usually surly, grumpy, and highly irritable. Then you start to lose friends because you have turned into some monster. And when you talk to people, usually you have nothing good to say about anything.
6. THE NEGATIVE CYCLE NEVER ENDS. If you always think of revenge, you will be full of negative energies. And you’ll attract more negative energies into your life.” Lalong Papangit Ang Buhay Mo.” Now if you cut off the pattern, then you’ll attract more positive things into your life. You’ll realize that there’s more to life than getting back at someone.
