JuST w0rdS

Why is it that when you’re broken-hearted, all the songs that you hear seem to remind you of your hurt and pains? It’s as if salt are being poured into your wounds? Oouch!!! I was just listening to this song : Art of Letting Go, several times last night and the message resonated with me. I even use it as a title on one of my entry here. Most of my friends are dealing with different forms of heartaches right now. Some are left or cheated by their partners for no apparent reason, others are still in-a-relationship but still felt unhappy... like Me.

Acceptance is the first step to recovery. Once you have learned to understand that this is where it ends, then it is the only time when you will learn how to move on with life without having to stop every time you are reminded of the bitterness of the past. Experience is our greatest teacher. Do not let one man keep you from moving on. Your tomorrow is something that you owe yourself, not him. Learn from your mistakes and live your life avoiding them so that you may find what you have lost and never lose it again.

Nonetheless I hope we'll be brave enough to consider this : There is a good side to this cutting pain. More often than not , the truth - no matter how painful is good to know... If we are mature enough, it will make us more confident to move on and start anew. I dont know if you've heard this line : What doesn't kill you, will only make you stronger.Nothing anyone says or does can take the pain away, or so it seems. The sum total of who you are is what you have gone through either good or bad. Dont blame yourself. You are not at fault and some things are just way beyond our control. There will only be one constant in our lives and that is GOD.

Continue to cling to him. He is strongest when we are at our weakest. And He will pull you out of this. We may stumble and hurt those we love... but there is no mountain so high that love cannot climb over. There is no sea so wide that it cannot cross. Let us always remember that when there is love there is forgiveness and when there is forgiveness there is a hope for a new life, a new beginning and a promise of a beautiful forever.

Unless you decide and will yourself to think and act accordingly.These will all be just WORDS.
